Toronto CREW is dedicated to supporting women in commercial real estate by offering quality mentorship programs tailored to CRE experience level.

Mentorship Program 1.0

The Mentorship Program 1.0 is created for Toronto CREW members with one to five years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE). Participants will be paired with a mentee or mentor for one-on-one monthly mentoring sessions that will run from February to December 2025. If you are seeking guidance in developing your career or are willing to volunteer your time and expertise as a mentor, please apply.

Mentorship Program 2.0 

Mentorship Program 2.0: Focused Growth for Experienced Professionals

Mentorship Program 2.0 offers a tailored, one-on-one mentoring experience for Toronto CREW’s mid-career professionals with eight or more years of commercial real estate experience.

Program Highlights:

• Mentees have eight or more years of CRE experience.

• Mentors have 15 or more years of CRE experience in senior leadership roles.

• Program duration is May to December.

• Format is intimate, one-on-one mentorship

• Program size is limited to five to seven mentees,  and five to seven mentors.

• You must be a current Toronto CREW member to participate.

Why Participate?

• Mentees gain personalized guidance to accelerate your career development.

• Mentors share your expertise and contribute to the growth of future CRE leaders.

Key Dates:

• Applications open April 7, 2025.

• Application deadline is April 30, 2025.

• Acceptance notification is early May 2025.  

• Training session each for Mentees & Mentors is on May 23, 2025, for both (Virtual ) – Attendance is mandatory.

• Match Night (in-person) is May 28 or 29, 2025  – Attendance is mandatory.

• Mid-Year Event is in September 2025 for Mentorship 1.0 and Mentorship 2.0 participants.
