2026 Mentorship 1.0 and 2.0 Program
Calling All Mentors & Mentees!

We’re excited to announce that for 2026, Toronto CREW has streamlined its Mentorship 1.0 and 2.0 programs, both will launch simultaneously for the first time. Both Mentorship 1.0 and Mentorship 2.0 are now recruiting mentors and mentees! Mentees will be matched with a single mentor for one-on-one monthly mentoring sessions from February to December 2026.

Mentorship 1.0 Program - Building Foundations for Early-career Professionals

Designed for Toronto CREW members with 1–5 years of commercial real estate experience, this program offers early-career professionals the opportunity to learn from seasoned industry leaders. Mentors should have 10+ years of industry experience and a willingness to share their knowledge and guidance.

Mentorship 2.0 Program - Focused Growth for Experienced Professionals

Tailored for mid-career professionals with 8+ years of commercial real estate experience, this program provides advanced guidance for continued growth. Mentors should bring 15+ years of industry experience and a commitment to supporting leadership development.

Key Dates

  • Applications Open: December 15, 2025.

  • Application Deadline: January 20, 2026.

  • Acceptance Notification: January 30, 2026.

  • Virtual Training Session:
    February 3, 2026 at 12:00 to 12:45pm (Mandatory for mentees – link will be provided)
    February 5, 2026 at 12:00 to 12:45pm (Mandatory for mentors – link will be provided)

  • In-Person Match Night: Week of February 11, 2026 (Mandatory for mentors and mentees)

  • Matches Announcement: by February 20, 2026

  • Mid-Year Event: September 2026 for Mentorship 1.0 and Mentorship 2.0 participants (Date TBD)

Ready to apply?

If you are seeking guidance in developing your career as a mentee or are willing to volunteer your time and expertise as a mentor, please apply by January 20, 2026. Please note, you must be a current Toronto CREW member to participate. Late applications will be considered at the sole discretion of the Committee members.
