Toronto CREW is dedicated to supporting women in commercial real estate by offering quality mentorship programs tailored to CRE experience level.
The Mentorship Program 1.0 was created for Toronto CREW members with one to five years of CRE experience. You will be matched with a single mentor/mentee (as applicable) for one-on-one monthly mentoring sessions that will run from January to December. If you are looking for guidance in developing your career or are willing to volunteer your time and expertise as a mentor, please apply.
Key dates for the 2024 session are as follows. Please note, the below sessions are mandatory:
October 10, 2023: Applications Due (late applications will be considered at the sole discretion of the Committee members)
January 09, 2024: Mentee Training (12 pm-1 pm, virtual)
January 11, 2024: Mentor Training (12 pm-1 pm, virtual)
January 18, 2024: Match Night (5 pm-8 pm, in person)

The Mentorship Program 2.0 is an extension of the 1.0 program and is intended for Toronto CREW members with six to ten years of CRE experience. This program is designed to be smaller, with a mix of group sessions and one-on-one mentoring. The program runs from May to December. If you have considerable experience in the industry and looking for guidance in developing your career or are willing to volunteer your time and expertise as a mentor, please apply.
Please note, applications are currently closed. The 2024 Mentorship 2.0 program will launch in spring 2024.
